During the six months that we'll be working together, I am committed to teaching you a set of skills that you will be able to use for the rest of your life. Much of the program is driven by you and no two programs are the same. Each one is completely individualized based on your goals, your needs and the pace at which you want to go. My typical clients are successful, motivated individuals who are committed to themselves and ready to make permanent healthy changes. Our work together is completely confidential and in each session we will discuss health and nutrition topics such as Greens and Grains, Body Types, Digestion, Sweet Cravings and Food and Mood to name a few. We will also explore other facets of your life such as exercise, relationships, career, spirituality, and how these areas might be influencing your health. You will leave each session with a list of recommendations to put into action, hand outs, food samples and other supporting materials. Most importantly, you will leave each session having learned something new about your health, empowering you on your path to wellness.

Group Health Counseling is a great way to collaborate with others on your health and wellness goals. It is limited to six individuals and follows a similar format to the individual health counseling program. The group setting creates a community of support in which to explore the many facets of your health and is typically a lower cost alternative to individual health counseling.
